First, please review our website to check that the items you want to sell will be suitable for Dear Little Panko.

We’re passionate about Australian and New Zealand labels, and love brands including Gorman, Obus, Kuwaii, Nancybird, Kindling, Karla Cola, Jericho Road, Doops, Bul, Princess Highway, Kowtow, Rollies and many more!

We do sell some international labels also, including Cos, APC, Uniqlo and others.

Please read the list of brands we don’t sell. We also have an “Excuse Me, What’s the Brand?” section where we have a few random but cool pieces – we’re happy to consider random bits and pieces for this section too if you’re unsure.

Please note that we're very happy to see your wears online and in person, but we may not make an offer if we do not feel that they're a good fit for Dear Little Panko.

If you have items which you think are a match for Dear Little Panko, fantastic! We'd love to see them. You can share them with us for review and a quote either online or in person. See the relevant sections below for the process.

Processing stock can take time and care, including payment of our models, photography, photo editing and then listing each item online. As a small business, we must factor this into the payment of our stock.

If you would like to sell to us, we can offer you 40% of the price we intend to sell your item for, or 50% as credit to our store.

Before moving forward with requesting a quote, we strongly suggest you review the items in our store, including the brands and price we’re selling at. You will notice our prices are quite reasonable, which we’re proud of as we believe in accessible upcycling. If you feel comfortable with our prices and the estimate you believe you are likely to receive, then we warmly encourage you to get in touch.

We are happy to offer PayPal or bank transfer as a payment method, whichever you prefer.

If you’re not based in Melbourne or can’t make it to our Collingwood studio, then selling to us online is for you.Here’s how it works:

1. Please complete this form (be sure to download and save your own copy) which invites you to list the items you wish to sell, provide an indication their condition (e.g. excellent or good) and identify any minor issues (such as a tiny stain). Don't worry, it won't take too long to complete.

2. Attach your form for us to review via email at: hello@dearlittlepanko.com.au – we’ll get back in touch with our We Transfer portal, which allows for easy upload of large files. Please take photos of your items, trying to capture all angles:

• For clothing, at least two photos, front and back
• For shoes, please photograph the front, both sides, the back and the soles (at least five photos in total)
• For bags, jewellery, scarves, gloves, hats, purses, scrunchies, socks or any other accessory item, please be sure to take a front and back picture

3. We will review the photos and descriptions of your items and get back to you via email with a quote within 5 working days, and we can take it from there 😊

Note: When it comes time to post your items, we will chip in half the cost which we’ll add to the quote total.

• Our studio is located in Collingwood, Melbourne. If you live nearby or are happy to travel to us, you may wish to book an in-person 45-minute session to show us your wares (we may not take that long, it depends on how much you bring with you to sell). All available sessions are after hours on weeknights. We generally do not offer weekends as this is when we undertake our photoshoots
• During this time we can have a relaxed chat (possibly over a cuppa, if that’s your thing) while we review your wears and provide an on-the-spot quote. If you’re happy with the quote, we can pay you right away or give you credit to our store, whichever you prefer (please see below for our terms regarding payment)
