The vast majority of our items are in gently worn or excellent condition.

We carefully inspect all items prior to sale and document any inconsistencies in the product description and via photo/s.

We use the following categories to grade the condition of our preloved items:

• Excellent – in as new condition, possibly with tags
• Very good to excellent – the item may have been worn and washed once but in fabulous condition, minimal to no signs of wear
• Very good condition – maybe there’s some minor wash fade, but there’s no stains, pulls or rips.
• Good to very good condition – there’s some wash fade, maybe a very small, barely discernible mark or pull
• Good condition – possibly there’s some noticeable wash fade, there may be a minor pull or minor stain. We also reduce the price of the garment.

All items are supplied with key measurements of both the garment and the model. However, please do refer to our fitting guide here for a few practical tips on how to check if a garment will fit you.

That said, we do offer a 14 day refund if it doesn't fit. 😊

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours.

Shipping within Australia:

• Orders over $100 get free regular shipping.
• Regular postage is a flat rate of $8 AUD (Australia Post).
• Express postage is a flat rate of $15 AUD.

To New Zealand:

• Flat rate of $15 AUD via Australia Post for regular postage.
• Orders over $200 get free regular international shipping.

We offer a 14 day window for return for change of mind. 😊

Understandably, we cannot offer returns for change of mind for items purchased during a sale. 🌿

For all other returns due to damage or faulty goods (or other), please contact us ASAP if this occurs and we will resolve as quickly as possible!
