Our second hand clothes, shoes and accessories are in gently used condition, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We grade them under the following categories so you can make an informed choice:

• Excellent – as new condition, possibly with tags

• Very good to excellent – the item may have been worn and washed once but in fabulous condition, minimal to no signs of wear

• Very good condition – maybe there’s some minor wash fade, but there’s no stains, pulls or rips.

• Good to very good condition – there’s some wash fade, maybe a very small, barely discernible mark or pull. We will point it out and describe and photograph the issue so you can make an informed choice. We also reduce the price of the garment.

• Good condition – possibly there’s some noticeable wash fade, there may be a minor pull or minor stain. As above, we will point it out and describe and photograph the issue so you can make an informed choice. We also reduce the price of the garment.

Dear Little Panko accepts returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the clothes must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Please review our returns policy for the returns process and further information on returning your item.

We try to spread our clothing drops as evenly as possible across sizes so no one misses out. However, it really depends on what our lovely customers sell to us, so sometimes we happen to be lower or higher in some sizes by chance. Word of mouth helps, so tell your friends and family about us to help spread the word and diversify our size offerings as much as possible 😊

We release a clothing drop every Saturday at 7am, so you can visit our site nice and early to get in there first. You can also make us one of your favourites on Instagram to ensure you get alerted as soon as we signal a drop has been released.

You would have noticed that Dear Little Panko has a particular aesthetic – we love specific Australian and New Zealand brands, colour, prints, quality fabrics and good cuts. If you have some gently used clothing, shoes or accessories that have these vibes, then we’d love to hear from you!
