This is the cutest top! Looks like it's been hand made as it does not have a label and the inner seams are well made but don't look commercially finished. Top features thick black fabric (feels like cotton) with white bicycle print, and contrasting polka dot panels and pockets at the front. A really cute piece that would look lovely with pants, skirts and shorts alike!
