Returns Policy

Condition of our items

We pride ourselves on selling items that are in good to excellent condition. However, please remember that these are pre-loved items, and as such may hold minor flaws. We strive to photograph all items true to colour, and to highlight any minor flaws the item may hold. 

Size and fit

We provide measurements for each item lying flat, and any additional sizing information that may be useful to the buyer that gives an indication of size.

Returns for change of mind

Your online purchase may be returned within 14 days provided the product is returned in 'as supplied' condition. Dear Little Panko takes detailed reference photos and will compare the condition of the returned product to the reference photos. In the event the condition is assessed to be worse than was supplied, this will be handled on a case by case basis. 

For other cases, i.e. faulty goods or damage in transit

Pre-loved items may already have minor faults and will be photographed and identified by Dear Little Panko. If the customer identifies a fault that has not been photographed/identified by Dear Little Panko, then the item may be considered faulty. This goes for items which are damaged in transit or shipping. In this case, please take detailed photos of the package ideally before it is opened for our assessment and reference. The customer retains all rights to refunds and returns as set out in Australian Consumer Law. A faulty item must be returned to Dear Little Panko for assessment, and following the assessment, may be repaired or refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to repair if possible.

How to return your purchase

  1. Complete our returns form and email a copy of your completed form to with the title ‘DLP return’
  2. Take your item to any post office and return it to the Dear Little Panko address. We strongly suggest that you use a postage that has a tracking number. Our returns address:

Postage Costs 

  • Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of the package
  • Please ensure you pack with care to avoid product damage. Postage costs for returned items where the customer changes their mind are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For other cases, for example returned faulty items that are assessed by Dear Little Panko and found to be faulty, the postage fee cost will be refunded to the customer for the amount charged by their post office. The customer must provide a receipt for the postage cost.
