Do you have some fabulous clothing, shoes and accessories that have been sitting around in your wardrobe, barely used? Perhaps you’ve given them some good lovin’ in the past, and they’re still in great condition but just don’t suit any longer?

Let's first make sure that we're a good match. We don't want to waste your time, and we may not make an offer on your peices if they're not a good fit for our shop.

So, with this in mind, please be sure to review our website to check that the items you want to sell will be suitable for Dear Little Panko.

We’re passionate about Australian and New Zealand labels, particularly independent labels. Please read the list of brands we don’t sell and brands we love. We also have an “Excuse Me, What’s the Brand?” section where we have a few random but cool pieces – we’re happy to consider random bits and pieces for this section too.

Processing stock can take time and care, including payment of our models, photography, photo editing and then listing each item online. As a small business, we must factor this into the payment of our stock.

If you would like to sell to us, we can offer you 40% of the price we intend to sell your item for, or 50% as credit to our store.

Before moving forward with requesting a quote, we strongly suggest you review the items in our store, including the brands and price we’re selling at. You will notice our prices are quite reasonable, which we’re proud of as we believe in accessible upcycling. If you feel comfortable with our prices and the estimate you believe you are likely to receive, then we warmly encourage you to get in touch.

We are happy to offer PayPal or bank transfer as a payment method, whichever you prefer.

So, you've looked at the brands we don't sell, the brands we love and you think we're a great match. Fabulous, we're looking forward to hearing from you!

A reminder that we won't make an offer on items that aren't a good match for our shop, so please be sure to read the above lists before proceeding. We'd hate to waste your time :)

Here’s how it works:

Please complete this form (be sure to download and save your own copy) which invites you to list the items you wish to sell, provide an indication their condition (e.g. excellent or good) and identify any minor issues (such as a tiny stain)
NOTE: please do not send photos attached to an email. They often don't all attach, and it takes extra time for you and our staff to bounce back and forth trying to recover photos. Following our process will save us both time in the end :)
Attach your form only (no photos at this stage) for us to review via email at: hello@dearlittlepanko.com.au – we’ll get back in touch with our We Transfer portal, which allows for easy upload of large files

What happens next??

If we're keen to proceed, we will then ask you to take photos of your items. We recommend waiting until you hear back from us before taking photos. When doing this, please trying to capture all angles:

For clothing, at least two photos, front and back
For shoes, please photograph the front, both sides, the back and the soles (at least five photos in total)
For bags, jewellery, scarves, gloves, hats, purses, scrunchies, socks or any
other accessory item, please be sure to take a front and back picture

We will review the photos and descriptions of your items and get back to you via email with a quote within 5 working days, and we can take it from
there 😊

When it comes time to post your items, we will chip in half the cost which we’ll add to the quote total.
